Build is a German tabloid magazine published by Excel Springer SE. The paper is published from Monday to Saturday; On Sunday, instead its sister paper Paper Build M Sontag was published, which has a different style and its own editor. Tabloid in build style but broadsheet in size. It is the best-selling European newspaper and has the sixteenth largest circulation worldwide. Bild has been described as "notorious for its mixture of gossip, inflammatory language and sensitivities" and a huge influence on German politicians. Its closest English-language stylistic and journalistic equivalent is often considered the British national magazine The Sun, the second best-selling European tabloid magazine with which it shares a degree.
