Al-Dustour

Basic Details

Al-Dastar is an independent daily anti-Egyptian newspaper. Al-Dastur was first published in December 1995 and is published weekly in Arabic. The paper was first published in Cyprus with an article seeking to get a limited newspaper publishing law in Egypt during the Mubarak era. It was funded by Essam Fahmi Ismail, whose editor-in-chief was chosen by Chief Ibrahim Issa. In 2010, Esham Fahmy agreed with the ruling government to sell the paper to Reda Edward, a businessman with the so-called company, who is at the top of the newspaper's board today. Edward gave Isam to Nawabi instead of Isa.
