El Specter is a newspaper with a Colombian internal circulation founded by Fidel Canoe Gutierrez on 22 March 1887 in Medellin and published in Bogot থেকে since 1915. It changed from a daily in 2001 to a weekly edition, after the financial crisis, and became a daily again on May 11, 2008, a return to the long-rumored, tabloid format (26 x 39.5 cm). Julio Mario Santo Domingo was its main shareholder from 1997 to 2011.
