Cameroon Radio Television (CRTV) is a major radio and television broadcasting company in Cameroon.
CRTV is a government-controlled radio and television service in Cameroon. It started as Cameroon Television (CTV) and later merged with the radio service to become known as CRTV. It covers ten regions of Cameroon as an indomitable broadcaster among several private television stations in the country.
On June 29, 2016, Charles Endongo was nominated by the President as the new General Manager of CRTV. He replaced Ahmedo Valmuk at a time when the country was on the verge of switching to digital television platforms.
Most of the coverage is done in French, although some bilingual language is provided here but some English programming is provided. CRTV programs include self-produced documentaries, magazines, news analysis, and series imported from Asia and Brazil.
