24 Chas is one of the most influential mainstream newspapers in Bulgaria. It is headquartered in Sophia. The paper was launched in April 1991, a few months after the publication of the 168-hour weekly newspaper, part of the 1886 chas (166 hours in English) part of the press group founded by Pieto Bleskov.
