Oslobenji is a daily newspaper based in Sarajevo, the capital of Bosnia and Herzegovina. In the middle of World War II, established on a patch of territories liberated by the Partition on August 30, 1943, otherwise a German-occupied country, the paper gained year after year recognition for its high journalistic standards and won numerous national honors and international awards in one branch.
