Kaler Kantho (Bengali: দৈনিক কালের কণ্ঠ  Daily Voice of Time) is one of the most popular Bengali newspapers in Bangladesh. It is an initiative of East-West Media Group, a sister concern of Bashundhara Group, a leading business organization in Bangladesh. The same group owns Bangladesh Pratiddin, Daily Sun, News24, Radio Rajdhani and Banglanews24.


Abed Khan was the founding editor of Kaler Kantho. The daily was first published on January 10, 2010. Shortly afterwards, Khan resigned as editor (June 2011). After the resignation of Abed Khan, he is working as a popular novelist editor in Bangladesh. In 2010, the first year of its publication, the Daily Print Order exceeded 270,000 copies, making it the second most widely circulated daily newspaper in Bangladesh.
