CSB (Cronus Satellite Broadcast) News was the first 24-hour news and current affairs channel in Bangladesh. Mediaguru has taken advice for the complete planning and implementation of the new channel launched by a leading corporate house in Bangladesh. The channel is part of Focus Multimedia.
CSB News began broadcasting experimentally on March 24, 200 and commercially on April 9, 2007. The channel broadcasts from the Telstar 10 satellite at 76.5 40 E at 4041 MHz.
On August 23, 200 Information, the Ministry of Information of Bangladesh asked Ekushey Television (ETV) and Focus Multimedia Company Limited (CSB) to refrain from airing any provocative news, documentaries, talk shows and discussions against the government. 2 September September, 200 Thursday On Thursday, the Bangladesh Telecommunication Regulatory Commission officially stopped the operation of the channel.
