Hewitt (literally "Today") was a Swiss German-language free daily, published by the Ring in Zurich between 2006 and 2008.

Published in tabloid format, Hewitt was first published on May 15, 2006, it was an afternoon paper

The paper was the second Pendlerjitong (passenger magazine) in Switzerland, 20 minutes after the morning paper, around 3pm. Are delivered on time.

Initially claiming a print run of 200 200,000, the paper is considered one of the most popular daily newspapers in Switzerland, according to the publisher's own statistics.

The paper ceased publication on May 30, 2008, with the final edition. Hewitt was replaced by another free magazine, Block Am Abend, on June 2, 2006.
