El Jouzhoria (Arabic: الجمهورية meaning 'Republic') is a daily newspaper published six times a week (Saturday to Thursday) in Oren, Algeria.

It was founded by Pierre Lafont as a French language newspaper on October 12, 1844 as L'Acho de D'Aron. In 1963, it was renamed La Rুpublique, and for one year it was published as a French daily, with the first page in Arabic only. In 1976 it became an all-Arabic daily.
